Former US ambassador to Bolivia Victor Emanuel Rocha has pleaded not guilty to allegations of spying for Cuba for four decades in a federal courtroom. In Miami, Florida Rocha waved his right to attend a trial and according to a US attorney, Rocha repeatedly referred to the United States as the enemy.
