As per a new survey, 42% of Ukrainians have shown willingness to concede Donbas to Russia. This is being perceived as a sign that Ukrainian citizens increasingly want an end to the war, which will now complete 4 years. Both countries have agreed to exchange prisoners after the trilateral talks involving U.S. concluded.
