UK: Trouble for Tory as the party is yet to find 150 candidates after MP exodus
The Conservative Party of the United Kingdom acknowledged that it is still lacking people to run in about 150 constituencies. According to a source, the party was prepared with candidates for three-quarters of the seats in the United Kingdom. This means that 474 of the 632 seats are still unfilled, leaving 158 places available. In Northern Ireland, the party usually fields no candidates.
