A former Filipino mayor has fled the country after investigators punched holes in her stories about her parents, schooling and childhood. Investigators found Alice Guo did not have a Filipino mother, she was not home-schooled, she may not even have been a citizen of the Philippines. Was she then a Chinese spy?
