Tamil Nadu moves to combat drugs with new anti-narcotic force

Tamil Nadu has set up a new Anti-Narcotics Task Force to combat drug trafficking and abuse. The state government has sanctioned ₹264 crore to operationalise the unit, which will function under the direct control of Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay.
