Sony-Zee Entertainment merger: Fund infusion to boost new entity
A big boost to the media behemoth Zee Entertainment Limited India's as the company tribunal the NCLT has approved the firm's merger with an Indian unit of Sony. The decision comes a month after the NCLT to reserved its order on the deal. The Zee Entertainment-Sony merger was announced in December 2021 but it has been delayed due to various creditors raising objections.
