US treasury secretary Janet Yellen said that China's economic slowdowns risks causing repo effects across the global economy including the United States. Speaking on the sidelines of a G20 event, Yellen said 'many countries depend on strong Chinese growth to promote growth in their own economies particularly in the countries in Asia and slow growth in China can have some negative spillovers for the United States.
