Report: US & Taiwan conducted drills in China's backyard

United States and Taiwan reportedly undertook a military exercise last month in the Pacific. Reports have revealed that the unofficial drills were dubbed as unplanned sea encounters so that both sides can claim the exercise to be a result of a coincidental encounter.
