Seven penguin babies, including a rare Gentoo penguin, were born at an ocean park in the Chinese city of Shanghai. The Gentoo penguin baby is the first to be born in the city. The newborns are expected to moult in order to gain waterproof feathers. They will be able to independently dive into the water before the 2024 Chinese new year.
