The Russian President Vladimir Putin saying the country's naval strategic nuclear forces are now fully equipped with modern weapons and systems. In fact, the announcement comes during a high-level meeting with military and government officials in St. Petersburg, where Putin stressed that strengthening these nuclear-armed, atomic-powered submarines remains a priority.
