A day after the first phase of the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly election, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a public rally in Srinagar on Thursday. Beginning his speech with a greeting in Kashmiri, PM Modi said, “We aim to accelerate the development of Kashmir, and I’m here with that message.”
