PM Modi cuts cooking gas cylinder price by 100 rupees, weeks before polls

India's prime minister, Narendra Modi, offered a price cut on cooking gas cylinders in honor of International Women's Day. LPG cylinder costs will be reduced by $1.2, or roughly 100 rupees.
