The Pentagon has launched a probe into Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth's use of the Signal messaging app to discuss sensitive U.S. military plans, including details of a strike on Houthi forces in Yemen. The investigation found that Hegseth shared classified operational information in a group chat, which could have endangered troops if the information had been intercepted.
