Pakistan: PTI Pervaiz Elahi arrested in corruption case from Lahore

The government is continuing its crackdown on PTI members. PTI President Pervaiz Elahi was arrested outside his residence in Lahore on Thursday in connection with a corruption case. The anti-corruption establishment said Elahi was wanted in many cases and his bail was dismissed a few days ago, the A.C.E claimed the PTI leader had submitted his “fake medical certificates” to the court in order to secure bail.
