India started their ODI World Cup 2023 campaign with a win against Australia by six wickets in Chennai on October 8. India were in a soup early on while chasing 200 as they had lost three quick wickets but Virat Kohli and KL Rahul added 165 runs for the fourth wicket to rescue the hosts.
