NIA names LeT founder Hafiz Saeed as accused in Pahalgam terror attack
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has named Lashkar-e-Taiba chief Hafiz Saeed in a supplementary chargesheet in the 2025 Pahalgam terror attack case. The agency has accused Saeed, LeT, and its proxy outfit TRF of conspiring and facilitating the attack that killed 26 people. The charges include waging war against India and cross-border terrorism under the UAPA and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
