Meta reports quarterly profit of $7.5 bn, shares surge after increase in Facebook users

Facebook's parent company Meta has made a cautious recovery on Wednesday as its shares rose nearly 13% IN after hours trading. Meta has also reported a quarterly profit of 7.5 billion dollars in the first quarter this came after Facebook reported a rise in active users surpassing the initial Wall Street estimates.
