Despite a jam-packed agenda leading up to the Lok Sabha elections, the Law Minister of India, Arjun Ram Meghwal, spared some moment to speak to WION's Heena Sharma, right after he finished his breakfast at his residence in Bikaner in the northern Indian state of Rajasthan. Prior to him being promoted to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), the minister served as a Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) officer. Watch in for more details!
