Israel, Egypt Okay $35 Billion Gas Deal

Israel has approved what it calls the largest natural gas export deal in its history. Under the agreement, Egypt will import gas from Israel’s leviathan field in a contract worth 35 billion dollars. Prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu says the deal will boost Israel’s economy, create jobs and strengthen energy ties with Egypt.
