The Court of Arbitration for Sport has once again postponed the verdict in the Vinesh Phogat case, with the new decision date set for Tuesday, August 13th. Former Olympian and sports administrator Manisha Malhotra discusses with WION Sports Editor Digvijay Singh Deo in Paris what this delay might mean for Phogat's camp. Malhotra also congratulated Abhinav Bindra on receiving the prestigious Olympic Order.
