Iraqis celebrate as Babylon designated World Heritage Site

The ancient city of Babylon was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site on Friday (July 5). The designation came after years of lobbying by Iraq, making it the fifth World Heritage Site within the borders of a country known as a cradle of civilisation.
