Iran’s UN ambassador Amir Saeid Iravani has accused President Donald Trump of encouraging political destabilisation and inciting violence, after Trump urged Iranians to keep protesting and said “help is on its way”. The remarks were made in a letter to the UN Security Council as mass demonstrations continue across Iran.
