In a significant boost to India's Naval capabilities, the Indian Navy has commissioned its stealth-guided missile destroyer the INS Imphal. The newest destroyer in the Navy's Arsenal was welcomed at the Mumbai port in the presence of India's defence minister Rajnath Singh.
