Indian government launches 'Sanchar Saathi' portal
India's Department of Telecom has released a new platform that can be used to track a lost or stolen smartphone. The portal has been pilot tested and is now open to the public so that they can track and block their devices; once blocked, the device will not function on any Indian telecom network.
