Indian foreign ministry held media briefing ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Uzbekistan visit. During this, Foreign Secretary Vinay Kwatra said that PM Modi will reach Samarkand on Thursday evening for the SCO summit and is likely to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin and some other leaders on the sidelines of the summit.
