India: Varanasi hosts Day 1 of the G20 meeting

Monday marked the first day of the second phase of G20 Development Ministers meeting. The event which was held in the Indian city of Varanasi took an unprecedented turn with Russia distancing itself from the unanimous conclusions drawn at the meet.
