India, US, Saudi Arabia, UAE discuss mega connectivity project

India, US, Saudi Arabia and UAE are discussing a sea and railway connectivity project - a project ambitious enough to compete with China's Belt and Road initiative. The project intends to connect to Global Economic Hotspots that is West Asia and South Asia.
