India summons Ukraine envoy over Indian seafarer's death

India has summoned Ukraine's Ambassador to the Ministry of External Affairs following the attack on the commercial vessel Mv Omorfi, which claimed the life of an Indian national. The MEA strongly condemned the targeting of commercial shipping, stressing that attacks endangering civilian seafarers are unacceptable and pose a serious threat to maritime safety, freedom of navigation and global trade.
