India is providing security to the entire Indian Ocean region from the Red Sea to the Malacca Strait amid Chinese provocations in the high seas. As Chinese spy ships prowl the Bay of Bengal to keep an eye on Indian assets, India has deployed a research vessel named RV Samudra Ratnakar. The Indian research vessel has been positioned between the two Chinese survey ships, Xiang Yang Hong 01 and Xiang Yang Hong 03, off India's eastern coast. Tune in to learn more.
