India: Bengaluru's stray dogs to get daily chicken and rice

Bengaluru’s civic body BBMP is all set to spend ₹2.9 crore to feed chicken rice to stray dogs, every single day. Under this scheme, around 5,000 stray dogs across the city will be served cooked food as part of a welfare initiative.
