According to Amnesty International, a 16-year-old girl Serena Ismail Sadeh was killed when the security forces thrashed her with batons at a protest site. Another 16-year-old teenager, Nika Shakarami, went missing on 20th September was also reportedly tortured and killed by Iran's security forces.
