"It is a subject, we have been very cautious about because you look at the history of the last 75 years and mostly this country has used force defensively - when it is threatened - almost always within its own borders. If tomorrow the country is threatened, we will use force," says EAM S Jaishankar while addressing Global Technology Summit.
