German naval chief apologises for his remarks, says it was misjudgment

After creating a storm back home on his remarks over Russia and China during a visit to India, German naval chief has now apologised for his remarks. In his tweet, Vice Admiral says that he should not have said things the way he did and that it was in fact a misjudgment.
