In a historic milestone for oncology, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted expedited approval to daraxonrasib (marketed as Rasonque by Revolution Medicines), marking the first-ever approved targeted therapy to successfully tackle the "undruggable" RAS protein mutations that drive over 90% of pancreatic cancers.
