Last Friday's incident when a side cabin panel broke away in Alaska Airline Boeing 737 Max aircraft midair. The airline has now grounded all flights pending an inquiry by the US Federal Aviation Administration at the door plug that detached from the Alaska Airlines plane became a focus of a federal investigation.
