EU parliament casts final vote on its biggest climate policy

On Tuesday, the European parliament approved sweeping reforms to make EU climate change policies more ambitious. The reforms are aimed at massively cutting the blocs greenhouse emissions including the introduction of a carbon border tax on imports.
