Dubai floods: City in recovery mode as streets are closed, roads submerged
After 2 days of record storms brought Dubai to a standstill the city is working on the Towering task of clearing its water-logged roads and drying out flooded homes. Authorities continue the strenuous task of cleaning up the water log residential infrastructure and removing debris from the roads.
