Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal may get fourth summon, won't be arrested today, says ED

India's anti-money laundering agency, the Enforcement Directorate (ED), has refuted the claims by leaders of the ruling Aam Aadmi Party in New Delhi that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is likely to be arrested today. The agency says it is likely to issue a fourth summon to the Delhi CM in the liquor scam case.
