President Donald Trump has hinted that his federal "law and order" intervention may soon expand beyond Washington, D.C. to other Democrat-run cities, including New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Following his dramatic National Guard deployment and police takeover in the capital, which he called “Liberation Day”: Trump said, “I'm going to look at New York in a little while.”
