Brussels Airport Shuts Down Flight Operations After Multiple Drone Sightings
Brussels Airport closed operations twice on the evening of November 4, 2025, following reported drone sightings in its airspace. Flights were suspended from around 8 pm to 11:15 pm as a security precaution, resulting in over 28 flight cancellations and several diversions to nearby airports like Maastricht and Amsterdam’s Schiphol.
