Boeing CEO: Will make sure mistake "can never happen again"

Days after the mid-air panel blowout from an Alaska airlines jet, Boeing CEO Dave Calhoun has acknowledged that the plane maker made a mistake, telling staff it would work with regulators to make sure it "Can never happen again." Calhoun's statement is Boeing's first public acknowledgment of error since Friday's incident, which left the 737 max 9 plane with a gaping hole & forced authorities to ground 171 planes.
