The stampede during RCB victory celebrations turned into a political flash point in Karnataka. The incident outside Bengaluru's Chinnaswamy Stadium on the 4th of June claimed 11 lives, left over 50 injured, and Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is facing calls to resign over the alleged role of state leaders in organizing the event.
