Bangladeshis observe National Mourning Day, interim government cancels holiday
The interim government of Bangladesh has announced that August 15 will not be observed as a national holiday, but instead will be marked as National Mourning Day to commemorate the assassination of the country's founding father Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
