In the UN General Assembly (UNGA) on Tuesday, December 13, India voted in favor of a resolution calling for the unconditional release of all captives and an urgent humanitarian truce in the Israel-Hamas war. Ever since the war began more than two months ago, India had never before backed such a resolution.
