2024 Wagoneer S is Jeep's first EV for global market | WION Drive
Jeep has revealed its second all-electric vehicle – the 2024 Jeep Wagoneer S. Debuting first will be the Jeep Wagoneer S Launch Edition, featuring elegant black cues, a reimagined seven-slot illuminated grille, 20-inch gloss black wheels and standard dual-pane panoramic sunroof. Delivering 600 horsepower and over 800 Newton-metre of instant torque, the Jeep Wagoneer S claims a zero to 100 kilometres per hour time of about 3.4 seconds. Jeep says it will offer a range of more than 480 kilometres on a single charge, and its 100-kilowatt-hour battery pack can be charged from 20 to 80 per cent in just 23 minutes using DC fast charging. While the brand’s first BEV – the Avenger – isn’t sold outside of Europe, the Wagoneer S will be Jeep’s first ‘global battery-electric vehicle’ with sales due to start in the US and Canada later this year, followed by other global markets in 2025.
