<p>Breast milk-flavoured ice cream is all set to excite our taste buds. Yes, you heard that right. Baby brand Frida in order to launch its new 2-in-1 Manual Breast Pump has come up with this idea. And, if you want to taste the ice cream, nine months from the date of announcement made by Frida is all what you have to wait.</p>
<p>According to a March 26 press release, Frida wants to answer the question "everyone&rsquo;s secretly wondered." What does breast milk actually taste like?, reported the People.</p>
<p>While it may sound to many that the company will be giving away ice cream made from real breast milk, it is not exactly the case. In fact actual breast milk is not approved by food regulators in the US. So, the ice cream will only mimic the "goodness" of breast milk.&nbsp;</p>
<p>"The ice cream will be a pitch perfect representation of the sweet, creamy, nutrient packed goodness we've all wanted to try but have been afraid to ask and will include some of its same nutrients including fats (Omega-3 brain fuel!), carbs (energy-boosting lactose), important vitamins (iron, calcium, Vitamin B and D, and zinc), plus lots of H2O for hydration," the company said on its website.</p>
<p>Soon after the announcement was made and the information posted on the company's official social media handle, the post went viral. Some even claimed that it could be an April fool's prank from the brand in advance.</p>

<p>A London based accountant, who paid a whopping 1.5 million pounds ($1.9 million) to purchase a Versace-designed flat has sued the company on claims that the property did not meet the required luxury standards promised to her.</p>
<p>Mi Suk Park hade made a deposit of 381,000 pounds for a two-bedroom apartment and a parking space in the 50-storey Aykon London One tower in Nine Elms, according to The Telegraph. The tower was developed in collaboration with the fashion house Versace.&nbsp;</p>
<h2><strong>"Smaller room, no bathtub"</strong></h2>
<p>The apartment was bought by Park to be her and her husband's retirement home. To buy the apartment she sold sold her previous home in 2019 to move into Aykon London One tower in 2020, however, it got delayed and was delivered in 2022. But when Park saw it she wasn't happy with the amenities and complained to the Central London County Court that one bedroom was smaller than expected and the bathroom did not have a bathtub.</p>
<h2><strong>Legal battle</strong></h2>
<p>Suing the company for 700,000 pounds ($900,000 approx) she said, &nbsp;"the flat was materially and manifestly different from the layout of the apartment as set out in the plan and description&rdquo; promised to her at the time of buying the apartment.</p>
<p>"The apartment was an 'off plan' purchase on the 29th floor facing the west and, when built, it would have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a bathtub in each critically," said Nazar Mohammad, Ms Park's attorney.</p>
<p>"It was to be an open-plan layout. The defendant provided a plan appended to the sales and purchase agreement, and she signed the same plan," he added.</p>
<p>However, the developer has filed a countersuit, accusing Ms Park of not completing the purchase.</p>
<p>&ldquo;Park refused to complete and instead, purported to rescind the contract by letter dated 14 October 2022. Subsequently, the defendant served notice to complete on 22 November 2022 and, following the claimant&rsquo;s failure to complete, a notice of termination on January 9, 2023. <p>While cleaning his girlfriend's family's garden, Redfern had an idea - Doing chores for other people that they do not want to do. The 21-year-old launched 'CBA jobs' on March 5, and quickly made 700 Australian dollars (Rs 38,000 approx). The work he does includes, cleaning windows, cars, gardening, etc.</p>

<p>The tribunal found that the surgeon shared the picture with other practising doctors on WhatsApp "or a similar platform". However, this was done out of curiosity and had "no clinical or medical purpose".</p>
<p>Peter Murphy SC, a tribunal member, as per a Mirror report, noted that the surgeon's conduct was serious, but that he "immediately regretted" taking the photo.</p>
