&ldquo;At 06:31 am, a PCR call was made by Baljit Singh, R/o Hauz Khas Village, Delhi, age 35 years, working as security guard in district park, Deer Park, Hauz Khas, Delhi, regarding a boy and a girl hanging on the branch of a tree,&rdquo; said the Delhi Police statement.

&ldquo;On receipt of the call, police staff immediately reached the spot and found that a boy age about 17 years, wearing a black T-shirt, and blue jeans and a girl is about 17 years, wearing a green dress hanged themselves with the common nylon rope on a branch of a tree,&rdquo; the statement added.

Following the incident, local residents expressed alarm over the incident and called for strict actions.

&ldquo;Someone said that an incident has happened, so I came here and saw this. If someone has done this to them they should be punished, so that this type of incident does not happen again. This is condemnable and scary, we people also come to this park, we are of age but sometimes people come in here and do things, so we are scared,&rdquo; Ashok Kumar, a regular park visitor, told ANI.
Krishna Dutt, another visitor claims it is not possible to die by suicide from the tree the teenagers were found hanging from and suspects foul play.

So, we arrested him... Due to the small quantity, we have interrogated him and then released him on a bail bond. On December 10, the teacher felt that there was something unusual in the bulb holder and saw a faint light coming from it which aroused her suspicion. 
After examining it closely, she found that there was a hidden spy camera installed in the bulb holder. The teacher informed the security guard about it after which he confirmed about the presence of the device.

<h2>What did the police find in the raid?</h2>

In the raid, the police found that 31 out of the 124 people arrested had illegal narcotics like Ecstasy, ketamine and crystal methamphetamine in their possession, said Pansa.&nbsp;

He stated that all of them had been tested regarding the substances and 66 of them were found to have traces of the drugs in their system.

He further said that all except two were men and five of them were foreigners.

Police are now seeking the permission of the court to hold those who are suspected of having drugs in their possessions for questioning after the 48-hour window, said Pansa.

He stated that all of them had been tested regarding the substances and 66 of them were found to have traces of the drugs in their system. He further said that all except two were men and five of them were foreigners. Police are now seeking the permission of the court to hold those who are suspected of having drugs in their possessions for questioning after the 48-hour window, said Pansa. The man, who goes by the surname Wang, shared a post on the social media platform with the title "Wanted Order" and along with it posted a picture of himself on November 11.&nbsp;

In the post, he called himself Wang Yibo, which is the name of a famous actor and dancer in China.&nbsp;

“I am a native of Qinyuan county, Changzhi city, Shanxi province. I extorted 30 million yuan (US$4 million) from a company on November 10, 2024. I possess a submachine gun and 500 bullets. If you find me, you will be rewarded 30,000 yuan (US$4,000),” said the man in the post.

<h2>How police handled the case&nbsp;</h2>

The local police on November 12 found an unusual entry from Wang, who goes by the alias "haoyunsuishiyou" online, which means “have good luck anytime”.

According to Legal Daily, an investigation was initiated by the officers against the man, and he was arrested hours later.

As stated by the Peel Regional Police (PRP), the alleged victims were lured by Singh into his vehicles as he posed as someone operating a rideshare.&nbsp;

According to PRP's press release shared on Wednesday (Nov. 27), the victim was of Indian origin and spoke in Punjabi.

As per the police, three women were victims of the accused. On November 8, the first incident occurred at around 7 am when he approached a woman who was standing at a bus stop in Brampton.&nbsp;

Singh, who was driving a black sedan, “purported to be a rideshare operator”, the release read. He took the woman to a location in the town of Vaughan where she was allegedly sexually assaulted by him.

In a similar pattern, the man lured another woman from the bus stop after 45 minutes and took her to the same area where he committed the crime.

The third instance took place on November 16 at approximately 6.45 am local time when he again approached a woman who was present at the bus stop, lured her into a different vehicle, and sexually assaulted her.

<h2>Police slap accused with multiple charges</h2>

According to PRP investigators, the same suspect is believed to be behind all three incidents.

“The suspect spoke Punjabi to the victims in all three incidents,” the statement read.

As per media reports, Singh came as an international student to Canada in 2022.

In the press release, the police appealed to people to not accept any unsolicited offers of transportation from unknown people.

“Thank you to the team of dedicated investigators who worked around the clock to make this arrest. We’ll keep doing everything we can to stop gender-based and sexual violence and hold those responsible accountable,” said PRP Deputy Chief Nick Milinovich.

Police arrests Indian-origin student for alleged multiple sexual assaults in Canada

The authorities carried out the autopsy of four people who were killed in the clashes which broke out in Sambhal City in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.&nbsp;

As per the autopsy, the wounds on the dead bodies of the four killed were not from the bullets of the ammunition used by the police of Uttar Pradesh, said Moradabad divisional commissioner Aunjaneya Kumar Singh on Tuesday (Nov 26).

However, no bullets were recovered from the bodies of the people during the postmortem, Singh said.

The statement of the commissioner came after allegations were made that four people were killed in police firing.

He said that antemortem injuries were confirmed on three men in the reports. He added that those injuries were on the knees and elbows of Bilal, the forehead, elbows and knees of Naeem and the knees, hands and legs of Kaif.

He added that the photographs of the bullet wounds and the autopsy reports will be sent for forensic examination to find out which bullet killed them.

According to the local authorities, the police officials in Sambhal only had anti-riot equipment like rubber bullets and tear gas with them.

Sambhal violence: Police firing ruled out as cause of deaths in autopsy

A 33-year-old businesswoman, identified as S Jeeva, died by suicide last Friday (November 22) and left behind an 11-page death note in which she alleged that she was stripped by a senior police officer and asked to pay a bribe of Rs 2.5 million (approximately $29664.74).&nbsp;

As per media reports, Bengaluru Deputy Superintendent of Police Kanakalakshmi had abetted the suicide of the woman and the police have now filed a case against him under sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 besides relevant sections of the BNS.

The woman's dead body was found at her residence, and in the suicide note she had accused the Crime Investigation Department (CID) officer of harassing her.

The woman was a lawyer and ran a wood material shop in the Indian city of Bengaluru.&nbsp;

<h2>S Jeeva appears before CID&nbsp;</h2>

In the Karnataka Bhovi Development Corporation scam, S Jeeva was one of the accused who was accused of misusing the funds that were to be given as loans to the Bhovi community members as part of a job scheme.&nbsp;

The CID had been investigating the case. The CID was permitted by the Karnataka High Court to question S. Jeeva between November 14 and November 23 over video conferencing.&nbsp;

However, the CID asked her to appear in person. S Jeeva reached the CID office on November 14, where she was stripped, harassed, and interrogated if she had any cyanide with her.&nbsp;

As per the suicide note, the police officer asked for a bribe from Jeeva and did not accept her submitted documents.&nbsp;

The woman was allegedly harassed for the next few days. As per the FIR, the shop of S. Jeeva was also visited by the police officer, where she was humiliated in the presence of her employees.&nbsp;

Investigators shut down three servers in the Netherlands, seized two domains, unsealed charges in the United States and took two people into custody in Belgium, Eurojust said.

The criminal platforms, called RedLine and META, stole personal data from infected devices including usernames and passwords, as well as automatically saved data like addresses, email addresses and cryptocurrency wallets.

The victims' devices became infected when downloading software from unreliable sources.

The investigation was triggered when victims came forward and a security company notified authorities about possible servers in the Netherlands linked to the malware.&nbsp;

"After retrieving the personal data, the infostealers sold the information to other criminals through criminal marketplaces," Eurojust said.

"The criminals who purchased the personal data used it to steal money, crypto-currency and to carry out follow-on hacking activities," the agency said.

Authorities have also taken down several Telegram messaging accounts which were used to advertise RedLine and META's services, Dutch police said.

"Until recently, Telegram was a service where criminals felt untouchable and anonymous," they said in a statement.

"This action has shown that this is no longer the case," police added.

In the United States, law officials have slapped fraud and money laundering charges on a suspected RedLine developer and administrator.

If convicted the suspect "faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison for access device fraud, five years in prison for conspiracy to commit computer intrusion, and 20 years in prison for money laundering," the US Attorney's Office said in a statement.

Eurojust and Dutch police confirmed that the META name used by the malware platform had no link with Meta, the California-based company that owns Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

Investigations continued and Eurojust said a private security company has set up an online tool for potential victims to check if their data was stolen.

US law authorities added it "did not believe it is in possession of all the stolen data and continues to investigate."

Regional interior minister Herbert Reul said the scope of the investigation was "dizzyingly large and extensive".

The law enforcement operation was a "massive blow" against distributors of child pornography that would have a "lasting effect on the scene", Gailer said.

Police were still investigating and would now have to comb through the evidence collected, Gailer said.&nbsp;

International law enforcement authorities were also continuing investigations into suspects. "There is no continent that is not affected," Gailer said.

After an hour-long wild chase by the police and the arrival of a SWAT team, the bus driver and another passenger were rescued, said the police. In the press conference, Graham said that "emergency protocols" were used by the driver to sound the alarm. The driver is "in relatively good spirits, although a bit shaken up," he said. "So I think the world of the operator, and this individual and bus operators in general, for the job that they have to do," he added. In a statement, LA Metro said that it was "grateful for the LAPD’s swift action regarding this morning’s bus hijacking incident and is grateful the operator was unharmed." Onlookers say frantic chase looked like a scene from 'Speed' The footage of the police operation was recorded by the onlookers who shared it on TikTok and YouTube. As per the witness, the frantic chase of the suspect by the police across the California city “looked like the movie Speed.” The incident is being investigated by the LAPD.
