As per a United Nations report, more than 7,600 bombs and missiles were reportedly dropped by NATO from planes during the entire war in Libya.&nbsp;

In 2003, when the US invaded Iraq, around 30,000 bombs were dropped, stated Garlasco, who was a targeteer for the Pentagon and had worked in planning the strikes in Iraq.

Garlasco further recalled that around 8,000 bombs were dropped by the United States on the biggest night of the invasion.&nbsp;

Gal Gadot to Michael Douglas, Hollywood comes together to write an open letter against Hamas

The increasing death toll of Israelis reached 1,300 since the start of the Israel-Hamas war, as per the Hebrew media reports. However, the fate of around 150 people abducted by the Hamas terror group during its sudden attack and taken to the Gaza Strip remained unclear. Around 3,300 people suffered injuries, out of which 28 were in critical condition and 350 others were in serious condition.

Meanwhile the Hamas-run health ministry stated that 1,203 Palestinians have been killed so far and around 5,769 were wounded in the airstrikes carried out by Israel in the Gaza Strip.

The Israel Defence Forces stated that around 1,500 Palestinian terrorists were killed in Israeli territory. &nbsp;&nbsp;

IDF spokesman Rear Adm Daniel Hagari stated that so far the military has been able to notify the families of 81 hostages, who have been taken by Hamas in the Gaza Strip, The Times of Israel reported.&nbsp;

Islamic Jihad and Hamas have claimed that they have been holding 130 hostages, as some reports estimate that around 200 were held in the Gaza Strip.

<h2>No electricity or water will be supplied to Gaza till hostages released: Minister</h2>

Energy Minister Israel Katz said Israel&nbsp;will not be supplying any water or electricity to Gaza until the people abducted by Hamas during its attack come back to their homes.

“Humanitarian aid to Gaza? No electrical switch will be turned on, no water pump will be opened and no fuel truck will enter until the Israeli abductees are returned home,” he stated on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“Humanitarianism for humanitarianism. And no one can preach morality to us,” he wrote.&nbsp;

A video has been released by Hamas’s Qassam Brigades in which a female hostage and two children were shown getting released by the terror outfit.&nbsp;

The video footage which aired on Al Jazeera on Wednesday night (Oct 12) was captured from a distance and showed the unidentified woman and the children from behind.

The armed wing of Hamas, the Ezzedine al-Qassem Brigades, in a statement said that the woman was an Israeli national.

“An Israeli settler and her two children were released after they were detained during the clashes,” read the statement, as per a report published by the AFP news agency.

“After the whole world saw its ugly and true face as a barbaric organisation that executed hundreds of innocent children and women in a terrorist attack and a hideous massacre, Hamas is trying to change the truth through the theatrics of publishing a propaganda video through its media mouthpieces,” said Avichay Adraee, the Israeli military spokesman for the Arab media, in Arabic on X.

“The truth is clear and obvious, and its features will become more clear in the coming days. Hamas is worse than ISIS, and we will continue to strike it hard without stopping,” he stated while speaking about the ISIL (ISIS) terrorist group.

The woman was identified by the channels as Avital Aladjem, a resident of kibbutz Holit, who had said in a series of interviews that she, along with two children of her neighbour, was taken by force by Hamas militants to a border area between Israel and the Gaza Strip.

The United Nations said it was impossible for such a displacement to take place "without devastating humanitarian consequences."

"The United Nations strongly appeals for any such order, if confirmed, to be rescinded avoiding what could transform what is already a tragedy into a calamitous situation," said spokesman Stephane Dujarric, in a statement.

Israel's ambassador to the UN Gilad Erdan described as "shameful" the response of the UN to the early warning issued by Israel to the residents of Gaza.

A Hamas official stated that the warning related to Gaza City was "fake propaganda" and appealed to citizens not to fall for it.

“The occupation [a term Hamas uses for Israel] is attempting to spread and circulate false propaganda through various means, aiming to create confusion among citizens and undermine the stability of our internal front,” said Hamas, in&nbsp;the statement.
