Imran Khan goes into huddle with top Pakistan ministers to discuss Jammu and Kashmir development

Pakistan National Security Committee (NSC) meeting got underway in Islamabad on Wednesday evening with country's cricketer-turned-politician and country's Prime Minister Imran Khan in chair. 

This is the second NSC meeting called to discuss the current situation in Kashmir after India revoked Article 370 and introduced Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Bill, 2019.

Almost all top Pakistan ministers are present at the meeting, including Pakistan Minister of Defence Pervez Khatak, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Minister for Interior Ijaz Ahmad Shah.

Sources say deliberations are underway on reviewing Pakistan-India diplomatic relations.

The meeting will also reportedly conduct a review of bilateral cultural relations between the two warring Asian neighbours. 

As per reports, Pakistan may also discuss sending Indian high commissioner to Pakistan back to India.
