School timings in Gurugram changed due to severe heatwave

As per orders of Deputy Commissioner, the timings in all government schools in district Gurugram will be from 8.00 am to 1.30 pm from 25 May 2018 onwards till summer vacations begin, that is, June 1
Several parts of Uttar Pradesh and the neighbouring region experienced intense heat wave on Thursday.
The heat wave was particularly experienced in the state's central region and Bundelkhand.
In view of the prevailing heat wave, Deputy Commissioner Gurugram, Mr Vinay Pratap Singh has changed the timings of all government schools in district Gurugram.
As per orders of Deputy Commissioner, the timings in all government schools in district Gurugram will be from 8.00 am to 1.30 pm from 25 May, 2018 onwards till summer vacations begin, that is, June 1.
The weather reports have predicted that the situation would continue for at least week.
